Unlike a chemical wash, standard cleaning doesn’t involve dismantling the indoor unit. Instead, we focus on accessible components that can be cleaned without removing the blower wheel or accessing the evaporator coil.

Our standard cleaning service covers:
1. Air Filter Cleaning
We remove and thoroughly clean your AC’s air filters. Clogged filters restrict airflow and make your AC work harder, leading to higher electricity consumption and reduced cooling.
2. Front Cover & Casing Cleaning
The plastic housing and front panel are wiped down to remove dust and grime. This includes cleaning the air vents and louvers.
3. Blower Fan Wipedown
We wipe down the visible portions of the blower fan to remove surface dust. This helps maintain proper airflow.
4. Visual Inspection
Our technician will visually inspect your unit for any signs of issues that may need attention, such as unusual wear, water stains indicating leaks, or heavy buildup requiring chemical wash.
