Welcome to AC Service Pro. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services

AC Service Pro provides air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation services in Kepong and surrounding areas in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Chemical wash and standard cleaning
  • AC repair and troubleshooting
  • Gas top-up and refill
  • AC installation and relocation
  • Dismantling services
  • Inspection and diagnostic services

2. Service Appointments

2.1 Booking

Service appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website. A booking is considered confirmed once we provide confirmation via WhatsApp or phone.

2.2 Access Requirements

You must ensure that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the air conditioning units requiring service. This includes:

  • Clear access to indoor and outdoor units
  • Electricity supply available and working
  • Someone present at the location during the service appointment

2.3 Cancellation

We request that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Quotations

All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to the specific conditions of your air conditioning units. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Type and size of AC unit
  • Condition and extent of work required
  • Parts or materials needed
  • Accessibility and location

3.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments. Payment details will be provided by our technicians.

3.3 Additional Charges

If during the service our technicians discover additional issues not included in the original quote, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

4. Warranty

4.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on our services. This covers issues directly related to the work performed. The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing conditions not related to our service
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues

4.2 Parts Warranty

Replacement parts come with their manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty periods vary by part and manufacturer.

4.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp with your service details within the warranty period. We will arrange for an inspection and, if the issue is covered, rectify it at no additional charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee that your air conditioning unit will be restored to like-new condition, especially for older or heavily used units.

5.2 Liability Cap

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or business interruption
  • Pre-existing defects or issues with your AC unit
  • Issues caused by factors beyond our control

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your AC units and service requirements
  • Ensure safe access for our technicians
  • Inform us of any known issues or hazards at the service location
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
  • Follow any maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians

7. Website Use

7.1 Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AC Service Pro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7.2 Accuracy

We strive to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
